On 5 and 6 September E.QU.A.L. partners were hosted in Marseille by CEREQ. On 5 July, CEREQ director and researchers presented the studies and activities concerning low-skilled in France. In the afternoon, E.QU.A.L. partners could get acquainted with the activities carried out by the third sector organisation “Parcours le Monde” to provide tailored support to people at higher risk of social and labour-market exclusion (NEETs residing in the most critical urban areas and prison leavers).
At the end of the first day, E.QU.A.L. partners held the IV Steering Group during which they discussed the results of the fieldwork activity (WP3) and the organisation of upcoming dissemination activities.
On 6 September E.QU.A.L. partners visited the Marseille Paradis Pôle Emploi Agency and could see first-hand how services are organised and provided to jobseekers. In the afternoon, participants visited the Regional Direction of Pole Emploi and were introduced to Pôle Emploi training offer and to the methodologies and results of the evaluative analyses aimed to assess the effectiveness and impact of services.
